The Humanitarian Action Plan includes 34 recommendations, which were put together after studying the experiences of service providers at 40 immigrant-serving organizations. They found many immigrants faced additional barriers during and after Harvey.
Texas Abortion Access Network is a community of abortion advocates from across Texas. The TAAN Collaborative includes ACLU of Texas, Texas Equal Access Fund, NARAL Pro-Choice Texas, Progress Texas, AFIYA Center, Texas Freedom Network, Whole Woman's Health Alliance, and Jane's Due Process.

One Breath Partnership is a catalyst for information and education. It serves to amplify the work of Houston-area scientists, researchers, academics, and physicians in order to educate community members about the impact of air quality on their health. It also provides an outlet for residents to share their stories about the harmful effects of air pollution.

Definite Declining - HOLC Redlining GEOJSON

This project involved the creation of the digital version of the HOLC Residential Security Map from the 1930's that institutionalized the practice of redlining in Houston, and around America. I believe this is the first time this map has been brought online, I hope it will serve as a useful tool to explore how the practice of redlining still affects our city 80+ years later.
